MetaGuard – Mobile security solutions for Smart Watches

The increasing demand of mobile applications in everyday processes is an ever increasing trend also in the security industry, this need is felt. These include, for example, the access to cameras, intercoms or switching contacts. The MetaGuard, designed for Smart Watches, creates this interface between internal processes and the ultra-mobile worker.

The MetaGuard can be integrated seamlessly into the integrated metaSEC process. 3-rd party solutions can likewise be joined via our WebTAPI interface.

Todo Lists

Work orders, maintenance activities or common tasks can be assigned to an employee or a group globally. The priorities of the tasks can be linked to the presence of an object or within a layer. An employee may accept or reject a task. The status of a task is passed on in real time to the control center, the property manager or the customer.


Information from different subsystems such as fire alarm, building automation or security system can be displayed as messages on the wrist of the employee. The alarm function helps both the mobile worker and the property managers to respond quickly to faults.


MetaGuard supports access to compatible IP video camera systems. This puts the carrier in a position to be able to make an impression visually a monitored location from afar.


As a special extension MetaGuard supports the entire range of functions of the NT500 access control. Areas can be armed and disarmed, open doors or active alarms can be viewed. A mobile security guard receives far-reaching possibilities for interaction to the physical security of an object.


For optimized route planning or to reduce the predictability of inspection routes, the module »tour« has an active interaction between the security guard and the control center. The respective next port of call is displayed when reaching a control point on the display. The maximum time between two checkpoints can also be limited. The carrier receives the time also appears on the display.
